These Terms of Service are effective between SimAna and the universities, institutions, and individual participants who use the platform.
By using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
We provide online simulation services designed to develop skills in strategic decision-making, financial analysis, marketing, operations management, and teamwork.
Participants are required to provide accurate account information, maintain account security, and use the system in compliance with applicable laws.
All rights, including the SimAna platform, software, content, and simulation decision engine, belong to SimAna. Copying, reproduction, reverse engineering, and unauthorized use are prohibited.
Services are offered through per-participant licensing, institutional licensing, and custom-tailored options. For details, contact our Sales Support team.
SimAna may temporarily suspend services in cases of technical maintenance, security risks, or contract violations.
SimAna is not directly responsible for institutional decision outcomes derived from educational outputs.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
