About Us

SimAna is an experiential learning platform that brings real business decisions into the classroom. Here is who we are, what we believe, and what we build.

About Us

SimAna is a simulation platform that puts the people of companies and institutions in front of real business decisions. Instead of explaining theory, we let people live it: a participant answers an email, arranges a shelf, allocates a resource — and sees the outcome of that decision in a safe environment, without paying a real price.

Our purpose grows from a single conviction: the most lasting form of learning is learning by doing. A strategy read on a slide is forgotten; a decision made and its consequence seen stays.

Our Mission

To make strategic thinking, decision-making and business judgment accessible to everyone — through simulations where the risk is real but the outcome is reversible, so a mistake becomes a lesson rather than a loss.

Our Vision

A future where corporate training moves from passive watching to active experience. We want SimAna to be the place where teams try a new skill, argue about it, and defend it.

Our Values

  • Experience comes first. Every design decision is tested against one question: does this make the participant actually do something, or merely read?
  • Measurable learning. Every simulation ships with the criteria that show what a decision touched; growth is something you see, not something you feel.
  • Safe failure. The most valuable lessons come from wrong decisions. Our platform is built to make mistakes legible, not to punish them.
  • Honest feedback. The rationale beside a score matters more than the score itself; a participant should know what they earned and why.

What We Do

SimAna brings several simulation products together on one platform:

  • Business Acumen — a business-acumen simulation that measures the strategic decisions read from company data and market movement, across industry scenarios from microchips to FMCG and aerospace.
  • Inbox — an inbox simulation that unfolds over email, measuring decisions of priority and communication.
  • FieldOps — a field-operations simulation showing how sequential strategic decisions move business criteria.
  • Planogram — a retail simulation that joins shelf-layout and category-management decisions with a live scoreboard and team play.

All are run from a multi-tenant instructor and admin console; institutions add their own participants, watch sessions, and report on results.
