Before you start

Get into your session in three steps. This part is the same for every simulation.

1. Sign in. Log in at simana.tr with the username and password your organization gave you.
2. Open the Simulations dashboard. Every simulation assigned to you appears as a card.
3. Pick your card. Choose Start, Continue or View Results by its status — your progress saves automatically.

How to play

You are the main character of a story. You receive emails from other characters and reply by choosing one of the options offered. Every decision moves the story on and feeds the skills being measured.

1. Read the emails. Your inbox is on the left; click an email and it opens on the right. Review any attachments — documents, images, videos.
2. Choose your reply. Pick one of the options below an email that asks for a decision, and send it.
3. See the result. Depending on your choice a new email may arrive or an instant message may appear; your decision is applied to a skill.
4. Continue. You read and answer new emails as they come; each decision can affect the next.
5. Finish. When the story ends you see a completion screen and a report on your skills.

Good to know

• Emails you have answered are marked in the list.
• You can pause and pick up with Continue; nothing is lost.
• Once you answer an email you usually cannot go back to that decision — think before you choose.
• Some emails arrive a few minutes after your reply; that is part of the design.
