Before you start

Get into your session in three steps. This part is the same for every simulation.

1. Sign in. Log in at simana.tr with the username and password your organization gave you.
2. Open the Simulations dashboard. Every simulation assigned to you appears as a card.
3. Pick your card. Choose Start, Continue or View Results by its status — your progress saves automatically.

How to play

You are a field manager. You meet questions that each represent a real business decision; the option you pick moves multi-dimensional business criteria — profit margin, market share, budget — in different ways.

1. Read the question. Each decision point offers a situation and several options. Review any guidance materials.
2. Make your choice. Select the option that seems best and confirm it. You can change it before confirming.
3. See the impact. Right after your choice, its effect on the criteria is shown — which one rose or fell, and by how much.
4. Watch the scoreboard. After each decision your ranking updates on the live board.
5. Finish. Once you pass every decision point you see your individual, criterion-by-criterion report.

Good to know

• Decisions are sequential; after confirming one you usually cannot go back.
• Chasing a single criterion rarely gives the best result; a whole strategy is measured.
• You can pause and pick up with Continue.
• The scoreboard is for competition; the real value is understanding why your decisions scored as they did.
